You can enjoy this as is, but some might find it a little too salty (since it's soaked in salt water). If so, that's fine! You can mellow out the saltiness by soaking in water or milk. Use on salads, sandwiches, omelettes, or eat it as is and pair with a nice glass of your favorite wine!
