Our super juicy Hamburg Steak is 100% Australian grass-fed beef. Cut from the silrverside part of beef and seasoned with all-natural spices. This is probably the bestestest quality Hamburg Steak you will find in Japan. Served best with beef sauce, veggies, and red wine. (150g x2pc)

How to eat

*Please make sure to cook the hamburger thoroughly all the way through to the center before eating.

This hamburger steak is already shaped into a hamburger steak, but if you flatten it out before cooking and press lightly in the centre, it will cook evenly and be less likely to be unevenly cooked.
Add a small amount of salad oil to a frying pan and heat over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes on one side, then flip it over, cover and steam-fry for 6 to 7 minutes.
Insert a toothpick into the center of the hamburger steak and if clear juice comes out, it's ready to eat. (If it's raw, pink juice will come out, so check it and adjust the cooking time accordingly.)
You can choose to add side dishes of vegetables, original sauce, and a fried egg!

We also recommend making a hamburger by putting this hamburger steak, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and BBQ sauce in a bun!
