Marinated Beef Skirt Steak (Harami) Yakiniku Slices 200g
Product Description
These are sliced yakiniku beef skirt(harami) steak marinated in The Meat Guy's original soy sauce-based sauce.
We sliced it before marinating it in the sauce.
This is a popular cut that you often see at yakiniku restaurants.
Each pack contains 200g of slices (approximately 10 slices).
Skirt steak is the part of the cow's diaphragm muscle.
It has little fat, a light taste and just the right amount of elasticity, so you won't get bored of eating it!
The more you chew, the better the flavor of the sauce and skirt steak will match, and you'll be hooked on these grilled meat slices!
Please enjoy this rare skirt steak, which can only be obtained in small quantities from one cow.
How to eat
After thawing, simply grill on a BBQ grill, frying pan, or hot plate!
It's already seasoned, you don't have to worry about seasoning it. Perfect for yakiniku.
You can serve it on rice to make a yakiniku bowl, or chop it up finely to make stir-fry, or wrap it in lettuce for a refreshing taste.

THAWING
Thaw frozen products slowly at low temperatures.
If thawing in ice water, the recommended time-length is about 4 hours per kg.
If thawing in the refrigerator, it takes about 24 hours per kg.
You can thaw it while in the package, but the package may open during thawing, causing leakage, so we recommend double-bagging or thawing on a tray or bowl.
