Product Description

Big beefy cubes, perfect for stews, kebabs, etc. These are off-cuts from our striploin, ribeye, and rump so they might come in all different shapes and sizes.
High quality and very tender meat.
If you are using for stew, then they are fine as they are, but for yaki-niku or kebabs, they do better if you remove any remaining tendons. But you might keep these tendons, they are great in curry or Oden!

How to eat

Most cubes do not need to be trimmed, but if you are going to yakiniku or skewer it, you may want to remove the tendons. The cut tendons can be used in curries and oden.

THAWING

Thaw frozen products slowly at low temperatures.
If thawing in ice water, the recommended time-length is about 4 hours per kg.
If thawing in the refrigerator, it takes about 24 hours per kg.
You can thaw it while in the package, but the package may open during thawing, causing leakage, so we recommend double-bagging or thawing on a tray or bowl.
