






Grass-Fed Beef Burger Patties (100gx4)
Product Description
100 percent beef hamburger patties.
One patty weighs 100 grams (quarter pounder) and there are 4 patties per pack. The perfect size for our hamburger buns which you can add to your cart further down. These are made from pure whole-muscle cuts of beef that we mix with a little bit of salt and little bit of cornstarch so it holds together.
We also have other kinds of patties, like Kangaroo Patties, Lamb Patties and so on.
One of the many uses for our patties are breakfast burritos, sausage rolls or sandwhiches for example. But obviously they do best in a nice burger.
All you need to do for the perfect hamburger:
1. Cut buns open and lay, cut side down, on grill.
2. Cook until lightly toasted (30 seconds to 1 minute.should be enough).
(Alternatively you can roast them on top of your toaster too!)
3. Spread your favorite sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup, BBQ sauce...) on bun bottoms.
4. Add lettuce, tomato, patty, onion, spices ...
5. Set bun tops in place.
Because size does make a difference! Our regular-sized patties weigh around 100g. Sometimes we do offer special patties which weigh 150g and are hand-made. Our patties are thicker and jucier than the burger of most fast-food chains! We use natural ingredients only!

To prevent the patties from sticking together, we wrap each one with a sheet.

[About grass-fed beef]
Beef that is raised in a natural environment and fed only grass is called "grass-fed beef." Because the cattle are basically raised free-range and can move around freely in the pasture, they are raised stress-free and healthy. The meat is mostly lean, allowing you to enjoy the original taste and aroma of the meat. It is high in protein and low in fat. It is also rich in iron, omega-3 (unsaturated fatty acids), and vitamin E. On the other hand, most of the beef commonly eaten in Japan, such as Wagyu and domestic beef, is grain-fed beef. Beef raised on a diet mainly made up of grains is characterized by its tendency to have marbling.
