Product Description

Since many customers requested, we made ground beef 500g into convenient size pieces and froze them separately! You don't have to thaw them at once. Just use little by little.
Made from the offcuts when we cut our rump steak, strip loin steak, and rib eye steak.  
This is ALSO requested by customers. We put them in a Zipper-Bag! Take as many as you need, then zip it back to keep frozen!
It's easier to stock up in freezer. Have The Meat Guy Ground Beef anytime you want!
※Each piece is about 45g~50g.

This is 100% pure minced beef, so feel free to use it in your cooking.

Ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, whole egg, milk, mini buns, lettuce, mustard sauce, salt, pepper Korean style (with kimchi) Ingredients: Kimchi, tofu, gochujang sauce Teriyaki (with shiso leaves) Ingredients: Perilla leaves, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, mirin, sugar Italian style (with cheese) Ingredients: Mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, olive oil

<How to make>
Korean style: Add chopped kimchi, mashed and drained tofu, and gochujang to the minced hamburger, season with salt and pepper, and saute.
Teriyaki: Combine minced hamburger with perilla leaves cut into bite-sized pieces, make teriyaki sauce with soy sauce, mirin and sugar, and serve as teriyaki.
Italian style: Add mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped basil to minced hamburger and saute in olive oil.
Spread mustard sauce onto the mini buns, place lettuce on top and each hamburger on top.
