Harami is very popular cut at yakiniku restaurants and steak houses in Japan. We sliced skirt steak from the high-quality US beef. It's pretty tender and you can enjoy the rich flavor of the meat itself.
As a bulk, it's 1kg but these are packed 200g each. Even if you don't think you can finish 1kg at once, say no more! Pre-sliced, perfect for yakiniku/BBQ at home.
