▼What is an English sausage?
This sausage recreates the traditional British taste. It is made with a blend of spices that British people love. In the UK, it is enjoyed in a variety of situations, from drinking in a pub to having breakfast at home.
This product is also used in English pubs and restaurants across Japan. The Meat Guy created this sausage for their English pub customers like Brits, Welsh, Aussies, Europeans, and people outside of Europe.

Serving Suggestion

The most popular way is the English way:
Cook them directly in a frying pan or on the grill! You can enjoy the original flavor of the sausage. They're ready to eat when the soft casing is bursting with flavor. They're thicker than regular sausages, so they take a little longer to cook, but the wait is worth it! The juices when you poke them with a fork are irresistible. Once you go fresh raw meat sausages you will never go back. All the spices we add are 100% natural spices only and most spices are even ground at our processing plant just shortly before we produce our sausages which adds extra freshness.
"The Full Breakfast": A full breakfast is a breakfast meal, usually consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, mashed potatoes and sausages, often served with a variety of side dishes and a beverage such as tea. You'll really get the British feeling.
Another way to serve is a BBQ: Throw them on the grill. Although they may not be familiar to Japanese people, raw sausages are a standard BBQ menu item.  Put them into our hot dog bread, add our Original BBQ sauce, Serve!  Many of The Meat Guy's customers always bring raw sausages with them to their BBQs.

【Size】
The Meat Guy's original handmade fresh sausage (salsiccia). Each sausage weighs a whopping 80g. It's so filling, just one is enough to fill you up. A must-have for meat lovers.
【Freshness】
The "raw" in "fresh sausage" means that it has never been heated. Most commercially available sausages are heated once during processing. Heating them twice increases the amount of oxidized oil, which reduces the flavor. Fresh sausages are heated only once, just before eating, so they are fresh and less oxidized. Please make sure to cook them thoroughly before eating.
【How to manufacture】
We mix the minced meat with several spices and use 100% pork intestines and natural pork casings. It's safe and tastes absolutely different! Because we don't use any preservatives, you might find the flavor a little strong.
