Description

Perfectly balanced flavors make this a lamb sausage that you can feed to people who don't like lamb sausages, and they will love it! We take out all the work and just add mint and rosemary into the sausage - very tasty! We use natural lamb shoulders from Australia, Italian sea salt, and our own mix of spices and herbs. The result is a healthy little sausage!
This lamb sausage, which was also used in the Australian Pavilion at the Aichi Expo, has been seasoned with the herbs mint and rosemary, which go well with lamb.

Serving Suggestion

These are fresh-frozen, uncooked sausages. To prepare just thaw them out and cook directly on the grill or on the stove, or if you prefer you can first steam them for about 10 minutes before finishing on the grill. Steaming will give the skin a little nicer bite and will also keep more of the juices inside the sausage during cooking. 【Freshness】
The "raw" in fresh sausage means that it has never been overheated. Most commercially available sausages are heated once during processing. Heating them twice increases the amount of oxidized oil, which reduces the flavor. Fresh sausages are heated only once, just before eating, so they are less oxidized and fresher. Please make sure to cook them thoroughly before eating.
【How to process】
We mix the minced meat with several spices and use natural sheep casings. The taste is completely different and safe! Since we do not use any preservatives, the taste may seem a little strong at times.
