This is one HOT mofo! It's so hot, that we can only make it into packages of three. (We're trying to protect you.) Before this sausage, we made an even hotter one and it was so hot that we had to dilute it as we almost inadvertently murdered our one and only English speaking staff. (He's just weak don't worry.)
Just with one, you'll feel the burn. Take two and you'll feel the sweats. All three at once and you're basically a fire-breathing dragon that's gonna have a much needed trip to the toilet VERY SOON!
But! This isn't just a spicy sausage. It's made with love and attention just like all of our other original sausages. They're filled with a blend of delicious spices and peppers such as Cayenne pepper, Jalapenos, Harissa, and much more. Give it a try!

In Depth
Because size does make a difference! Our sausages are handmade and our biggest sausages weigh 150g each. The commonly available "sausage" in almost all Japanese supermarkets are nothing more than a small-bite snack. Our sausage packs contain 5 sausages (400g), some 7 (385g) or 8 (240g) sausages depending on the type.This contains 3 sausages with a total weight of 240g Fresher than our sausages is impossible, unless you start stuffing living cows and pigs into casings. Our sausages are processed from the beginning. We take fresh (never frozen) meat, grind it, add natural fresh spices and stuff it into either pork or lamb casings, vacuum pack them and freeze them immediately.
Our sausages are neither pre-cooked nor prepared in any way! Hence, you need to cook the sausages before eating - but that is very easy and absolutely worth it. Once you go fresh raw meat sausages you will never go back.
All the spices we add are100% natural spices only and most spices are even ground at our processing plant just shortly before we produce our sausages which adds extra freshness. Because our sausages are additive-free they need to be cooked immediately once you thaw them. The only way to preserve our sausages up to a whole year is by keeping them frozen.

Choose options
THAWING
Thaw frozen products slowly at low temperatures.
If thawing in ice water, the recommended time-length is about 4 hours per kg.
If thawing in the refrigerator, it takes about 24 hours per kg.
You can thaw it while in the package, but the package may open during thawing, causing leakage, so we recommend double-bagging or thawing on a tray or bowl.
