[Note] Delays on Delivery in December

December is typically a month of extremely high logistics volume, which increases the possibility of delivery delays by shipping companies.

If you have specified a delivery date for your package, we will dispatch it to match the specified date; however, there is a possibility that delivery may be delayed if the delivery company (Yamato or Sagawa) is unable to process your package.

If you would like to specify a delivery date, please be sure to specify one with enough time to spare.

For example, if you would like your package to arrive on December 22nd, it would be safer to specify a delivery date between December 18th and December 20th.
Please be prepared to receive it as soon as possible.
