ちょっといい感じの夕食を出したい時に焼いて、2人でお皿に分けて半端は半分こしています。ものすごく羊肉が好きなので、正直5倍くらいまとめて食べたい。サイドディッシュを気合い入れて作って耐えてます。骨側とか、サイドをしっかり焼かないと品がない一皿になるので、フライパンで焼くなら、肉用トングなどを使いちゃんと焼くなどした方がいいです。

予定通りの日に配送され梱包もしっかりしていました。

少しお高いですが、本当に美味しいです。
以前、近くのスーパーで同じ様なのを購入しましたが、少し硬くて味もイマイチでした。
こちらの商品は小ぶりですが、柔らかくて味もしっかりしていると思います。
また購入したいと思っています。

お肉の状態は大変良いです。焼いても柔らかく、美味しく食べられます。

These are delicious and easy to cook. We buy them on sale and serve them for Good Friday every year. We marinate them and cook them in the fish grill or air fryer so they are nice and crispy.

I love to fry it with some rosemary until it's medium rare. The meat is always so tender and juicy!
