Amazing on an English muffin with a fried egg!

For those who enjoy lamb with the right amount of spices, these are for you! We enjoy these often during BBQ season on the grill, or indoors during the winter. Will definitely buy them again, and again!

It's pretty easy to make a delicious burger when these lamb patties are the centrepiece. I will be ordering more. Highly recommended.

The only thing I added was some homemade ailoi. Didn't even need to season them. Cooked them to a medium, medium rare and they were perfect. Yet another hit from the meat guy!

We love lamb and wanted to try these burgers...forget HAM...lamb is so juicy and tender. They were easy to BBQ and oven/grill cook. Definitely ordering some more for the Autumn BBQ..the addition of mint was just right and later we tried the spice mix we got with the lamb leg we bought.
