Lean, Juicy, & TenderI used this to make chicken tacos & chicken laab, a Thai salad with seasoned ground meat. Both packs of ground chicken were tender, juicy, & gristle-free. Since my family enjoyed both dishes, I will be trying this product in more recipes.
