The only difference between this T-Bone and our Porterhouse steak is its thickness, weight and the amount of tenderloin on the steak. T-Bone or Porterhouse both include the best of both worlds, the sirloin, and tenderloin!
Because both the loin and tenderloin are quite forgiving a Porterhouse can be cooked any way you like. T-bone steak is best simply seasoned with our steak spice, then quickly pan-fried, grilled or roasted.
