Beef tongue lovers, this one's for you! These are the leftover tendon-included offcuts from when we prepare our beef tongue slices.
Though these are offcuts, one should know that this doesn't mean "off in quality." Whip these babies up in a saute' or a beef tongue stew.
These go quick, so consider yourself lucky if you're able to snag a few.

Also, if you've got your own grinder, these make for great beef tongue burgers. (Don't knock it till you try it!)
