Description
This cut is very popular in Japanese yakiniku restaurants! Cut into thick slices, then tenderized using a meat tenderizer. Don't let the cut of meat scare you. It's very tender meat. You will be pleasantly surprised.
Each pack is about 300g. That is about 5-6 slices. Each slice is about 9mm. Please note that the thickness of the slices can vary.
Serving Suggestion
The beef tongue slices are best served for Yaki Niku and sliced up before serving. All you need is a sprinkle of our sea salt or some lemon juice for dipping.
