Description

Lamb shoulder, sliced thinly for extra tenderness. Lamb is not only a rich source of protein, it's also also a very good source of many vitamins and minerals, including iron, zinc, and vitamin B12. Perfect for a healthy lunch or dinner. 


SERVING SUGGESTION

These are perfect for stir-frying, Yaki-Niku, Jingisukan or anything else you can think of that calls for sliced lamb.

If you toss them into a pan with some sliced onion and peppers, a little bit of our awesome Stake Spice, and melty cheese you can make up a pretty fabulous "Lamb Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich". These are famous in Australia and usually served in a soft ciabatta bread.

    もったいない。焼いて塩コショー。タレなら焼いてからつけるのが良いと思います。
    前日にチルドに移して低温解凍。ドリップもほとんど出ず、良い肉だと思います。
    カセットコンロの焼肉プレートで美味しく焼けました。
    羊の良い香りもほどほどで、柔らかくて軽いのでいくらでも食べられます。
    あと、厚さはすき焼きとシャブシャブの中間ぐらいの厚さのスライスだと
    思います。この品質でこの価格とは。この先もずっと提供してもらいたい一品です。

    Very good and very easy to cook! I fried these with a lot of garlics, only salt and pepper added and then oregano and rosemary seasoned whole cream on top and let it cook until cream thickens. Served with rice and salad and was super yammy!
