One whole lamb loin. Theoretically you could cut this up into medallions and make several servings with it. But what you'll want to do is just cook it whole and eat it yourself as a steak, I don't recommend sharing...
We recommend cooking this steak in an oven:
1.) Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.) Heat olive oil in a heavy ovenproof skillet over high heat.
3.) Add the lamb steak and cook until browned (about 3 minutes per side, but the time depends on your cooking device and preferred doneness!)
4.) Transfer the skillet to your oven and roast lamb to desired doneness (About 10 minutes for medium-rare)
As side dishes, you could serve roasted potatoes, spinach salad or steamed Asparagus. Perfect for your next easter dish!
