As you can see in the table below, crocodile meat is not only low in fat and has a high percentage of protein. Compared to beef or pork, 100g have also more than half the calories!
Could be a very healthy (and still tasty!) alternative, if you ask me.

You should thaw the croco under refrigerated temperatures and cook it at about 65 degrees after you removed the meat from the bag.
