  • KYUSYU and HOKKAIDO950 yen

The shipping fees are for one shipping method only (frozen, chilled or dry).
If you place an order and opt for two shipping methods eg. frozen AND chilled an additional shipping fee(850 yen ~ 1600 yen)will be applied.

DELIVERY TIME

* Only if you order before the deadline and only if the address is in Honshu and only if the item is in stock.
**Excluded are national holidays if they fall on a weekday. Order before the deadline for next-day delivery.

If you have not requested a delivery date we will dispatch your order within 2 to 7 business days.
We try our best to dispatch orders as soon as we can and fulfill any requests.
Over 90% of our orders without a requested delivery date are dispatched the next business day.
However, if the delivery date of your order is extremely important we request that you allow at least 3 business days and let us know in the comment box when ordering.
※We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. We cannot respond to inquiries during this time.

Occasionally deliveries can be delayed due to your location or lack of inventory. In this case, we will contact you by telephone or email.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping on all orders over 10,000 yen! (additional charge for Okinawa and remote islands)
If your order contains an item marked as free shipping your total order will become free shipping.
The free shipping is only for one shipping method no matter how much you order. If you opt for two shipping methods eg. frozen and chilled then an additional shipping charge of 850 yen is applied (different charges for Okinawa and remote islands of Japan).

※Wholesale customers are free shipping on all orders aver 27,000 yen.

SHIPPING METHODS

We use Sagawa, Yamato or occasionally Yu-pack as our courier service, depending on the area you live in.
Please note that it's not possible to choose a specific courier.

After dispatching your order, we will email you a tracking number.
Please check on the delivery status of your order directly at the courier website using this number.

CONSUMPTION TAX

All listed fees and fees are tax-included prices.
