◆1 POUND STEAK◆
This steak was raised delicately on a grass-only diet, giving it that grass-fed nutritional value that we all love and crave. As soon as you sink your teeth into one of these juicy masterpieces, you'll want to keep coming back for more! No antibiotics or hormones were used on this steak. No chemical fertilizer was used on the grass, so you can rest assured that this New Zealand beef is not just delicious, but also all natural. Drizzle it with some olive oil and sprinkle some steak spice all over before grilling. Grill on high heat for about 7-8 mins. on both sides, cover with foil, and rest for 10 mins. Slice to your desired thickness and enjoy! The key to a perfectly cooked steak is to let it come to room/lukewarm temperature before applying heat. This will prevent it from being under-cooked.
◆LAMB CHOPS◆
Wakanui Spring lamb are born in the spring in New Zealand (September-November). It is raised on pasture grass and is slaughtered during the “season” when it reaches its peak deliciousness (January-March). This lamb is soft, tender and quite juicy! Get it while it's hot!
◆PORK BACK RIBS◆
This one's a must-have at your next BBQ. Smother this bad boy in our original BBQ sauce before grilling.
Pro tip: Remove the thin skin from the underside of the ribs at home the day before your next BBQ, then steam for about 30 mins before grilling for delicious ribs that fall off the bone!

A Meat Guy Original! If you've never tried this South African style sausage you are missing out on a treat. Our sausages are processed from the beginning at our own factory. We take fresh (never frozen) meat, grind it, add natural fresh spices and stuff it into either pork or lamb casings, vacuum pack them and freeze them immediately. We make sure to give each one of these sausages some TLC for that delicious Meat Guy quality.
※These sausages have not been precooked so please make sure to cook it thoroughly before eating.
