Meat Guy original sausages are made at our own factory in Aichi! We've got over 10 types of sausage flavors! Among them, these two are always competing for 1st place: SPICY and ENGLISH!
Now, you don't have to choose one over the other! Get 'em at a slightly cheaper price with this convenient sausage set!
Each sausage weighs around 100g It'll be hard to go back to those puny Japanese sausages once you get a taste of the real stuff!

①SPICY SAUSAGE about 500g(100g×5pcs.)

Cayenne pepper and natural chili powder accentuate the juiciness of the pork, creating a slightly spicy yet still umami-filled sausage! It may look incredibly spicy because of the color, but don't worry! Even our friends who aren't good with spicy food love this sausage!

②ENGLISH SAUSAGE about 500g(100g×5pcs.)

These are traditional English flavor, we don't really know what that means, but they seem to be very well received by Brits, Welsh, Aussies, just about anyone from a place with the Queen on their currency, and several places with no Queen at all.

▼The Meat Guy Says...
Keep it simple! Bake or fry it as is. You don't even need to use oil! This way, you can enjoy the original flavors, just as we made 'em.
Fry until the casing puffs up, and enjoy while it's warm. These sausages are on the thicker side, so it'll take a bit longer than usual to cook. Don't worry! It'll all be worth it once you sink your teeth into these delicious sausages!

These babies are great grilled on the BBQ! Stick 'em in a hotdog bun and add your own toppings, or drizzle with our original BBQ sauce!

▼English Sausage Recommendation
Our English sausage is great for breakfast! Serve with scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, and mashed potatoes for a full-on English breakfast!

In Depth

Because size does make a difference! Our sausages are handmade and our biggest sausages weigh 100g each. The commonly available "sausage" in almost all Japanese supermarkets are nothing more than a small-bite snack. Our sausage packs contain 5 sausages (500g), some 7 (450g) or 9 (270g) sausages depending on the type.

Fresher than our sausages is impossible unless you start stuffing living cows and pigs into casings. Our sausages are processed from the beginning. We take fresh (never frozen) meat, grind it, add natural fresh spices and stuff it into either pork or lamb casings, vacuum pack them and freeze them immediately. Our sausages are not pre-heated or pre-cooked; hence, you need to cook the sausages before eating - but that is very easy and absolutely worth it. Once you go fresh raw meat sausages you will never go back.

All the spices we add are 100% natural spices only and most spices are even ground at our processing plant just shortly before we produce our sausages which adds extra freshness. Please make sure to cook these immediately after thawing. The only way to preserve our sausages up to a whole year is by keeping them frozen.

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart ≫here≪
