Description
Chicken on a Throne!
This easily becomes a main dish at any BBQ. It’s the locally raised 2kg Beer Can Chicken set! This comes with everything you need to get started including the whole juicy chicken and the special holder. Just place a half full beer can right into the seasoned buttocks of the chicken close the grill! Simple!!
How to Eat:
Things to Prepare:
●Whole Chicken (1.2k-2kg in size)
●Beer Can Holder Stand
●Your favorite beer, 350mlCan (Make sure to drink half of it first just to get the festivities going. You’ll need it the rest for cooking)
●Your Favorite Seasoning
If you plan to use The Meat Guy’s Original Spice its super easy and delicious!
●Meat Thermometer: Use one if you’ve got it! If not, that’s okay too!
●Aluminum Foil
1.Preparing the Grill Set
・If frozen, first thaw it in the fridge or in ice water as defrosting meat (any kind of) in warm water is potentially dangerous.
Lastly, wipe away any excess moisture.
・Next, throw on your favorite seasoning. How much, we leave that part up to you.
2. Setting the Holder
Now you’re gonna need that beer! You didn’t drink it all did you?
Place (what you have left) in the holder.
Next the from the chicken butt, place the whole chicken on the holder. The can should enter the chicken.
3. Now The Cooking
Place aluminum foil under the stand.
This is to keep the grill from getting dirty as the flame directly scorches the chicken.
Be careful not to let it fall over!
・Depending on the type of grill you have, the cooking temperature will be different. Bake for 40minutes to 2 hours based on preference.
Be careful not to let it cook too long!
Recommended Grade:
【To Those with a Meat Thermometer】
Insert it into the chicken breast, 82 C or above is perfect!
【To Those without a Meat Thermometer】
With a metal skewer (I used iron Korean chop sticks), if red juices aren’t coming out, the out layer is golden, and the skewer is hot, you’re done!
Thawing
The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging and type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart ≫here≪
