What you get: 

100% Grass-Fed Strip Steaks (2 x 270g): 

Should I be calling this a Sidney Strip? The same cut as the Kansas City strip but from down under. Not as tender as the US steaks but plenty of flavors.

USDA Choice Strip Steaks (2 x 350g): 

The ever-popular striploin. 350g sized strip steak from the US. Very tender and juicy, perfect for grilling. This is one of our most popular steaks!

New Zealand Beef Strip Steak (2 x 270g): 

Grass-fed and hormone free ribeye steak from New Zealand. Not as marbled and tender as their big brothers from the US but definitely worth their money. Same as our Morgan Ranch beef from the US, the New Zealand beef is guaranteed without the use of growth hormones. 

Italian Sea Salt (130g): 

A really nice tasting salt. Perfect for seasoning steaks. 

Serving Suggestion

We recommend trying the steaks out with some salt first, so you can enjoy that delicious meat flavor! If you're looking for a bit more kick, our original steak spice is the way to go!
Cook the steak until medium rare, then allow it to rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes before digging in.
