In Depth

Beer Sausages:
Phredy's Beer Brats – our original version of a Wisconsin favorite with beer from our buddy Phred Kaufman up in Hokkaido, check him out at www.ezo-beer.com To do these up right you should first simmer them in beer with some browned onions, then grill them. That's right, beer in the sausage, then sausage in the beer, mathematically it looks something like this: Perfect Brats = grilled sausages X (beer simmering + onions browned with olive oil) X (sausage X beer in the sausage). 5 sausages per pack.

Irish Sausages:
After repeated phone-calls, e-mails, and the occasional drunken Leprechaun demanding that we make an Irish style breakfast sausage, we've finally done it. But these are not the wimpy little mass-produced items you might be used to. These are our bold and plump version of a traditional favorite. We hand make these sausages ourselves and are sure you will love them. Also refered to as "The Irelander". These are traditional Irish flavor, we don't really know what that means, but they seem to be very well received by Brits, Welsh, Aussies, just about anyone from a place with the Queen on their currency, and several places with no Queen at all. Like all of our house-made sausages, we add no artificial preservatives or colors, just fresh ground pork and our own special blend of seasonings.

Maple Sirup Breakfast Sausages:
Contains 100% original maple syrup! Breakfast just got better; we put the awesome taste of maple syrup in a sausage. Fry up some of these with some hotcakes and you've got an instant classic on a plate. mmmmmmm, goooooooood eatin' 9 sausages in one pack! That is a lot of sausages.

All Beef Sausages:
We get a lot of requests for a beef hot-dog which seems to be impossible to find in Japan. With that in mind we recently reformulated our beef sausage to make it more frankfurter-esque. We gave it a bit of a finer grind, kicked up the garlic and smoke flavors, and put it in a thinner lamb casing so it's pork-free for those who don't eat the pig. I wouldn't want to call this a hot dog because that sounds kind of low-end, this is a hot dog on roids with a buzz-cut, in a Mustang with the top-down, and a couple blondes in hot pants in the back seat.

Spiced Lamb Cubes + Skewer sticks :
Tender Ozzie lamb on a stick spiced with rosemary and other herbs. You will want to tell your guests that you made these yourself. One pack has five X 25 gm skewers.

Spiced Beef Cubes + Skewer sticks : A lot of customers like to make their own skewers mixed with healthy vegetables but with the quality meat and spice mix of The Meat Guy. We present you spiced beef cubes. We use never frozen Australian lean beef and cut to approx. 2x1cm sized cubes, spice with fresh natural spices only. After that the beef cubes are vacuum packed and immediately frozen. Nothing else added.
The cubes come with high quality bamboo sticks, we give you 10, depending on your skewer style you can make a few or many skewers. Putting two cubes on each stick mixed with vegetables for example easily gets you 8 skewers. See pictures below, the finished skewers you see in the pictures are from one 250g pack.
You can use the spiced beef cubes to make your own beef skewers (aka kebob, kebab, buta-kushi) or you can even use them for your Japanese style beef steak don (beef steak rice bowl). Or go New York style and make so called spiedie sandwiches. The meat is from the boneless leg and does contain relatively less fat, therefore you will have a great ratio of juciy white beef meat.
