Phredy's Beer Brats – our original version of a Wisconsin favorite with beer from our buddy Phred Kaufman up in Hokkaido. To do these up right you should first simmer them in beer with some browned onions, then grill them.
These are traditional Irish flavor, we don't really know what that means, but they seem to be very well received by Brits, Welsh, Aussies, just about anyone from a place with the Queen on their currency, and several places with no Queen at all.

We get a lot of requests for a beef hot-dog which seems to be impossible to find in Japan. With that in mind, we recently reformulated our beef sausage to make it more frankfurter-esque.

Spiced Pork Cubes + Skewer sticks:
The cubes come with high-quality bamboo sticks, we give you 10, depending on your skewer style you can make a few or many skewers. Putting two cubes on each stick mixed with vegetables for example easily gets you 8 skewers.
