Packed with our 1kg beef striploin, homemade spicy sausages (also famous), and pork back ribs, this is one set to die for!

Beef Striploin Block:
The ever-popular striploin in a 1 kg block. Perfect for grilling whole and carving. This is one of our most popular items, it's easy to cook, super tasty, and really fun to serve.

SMALL BABY PORK BACK RIBS - 2 SMALL RACKS 1.2KG:

Once you've gotten a taste for these they're hard to live without. These ribs are claimed by many to be the best ribs in Japan. Comes with two racks per pack! DONT forget our BBQ sauce. Also, these are from Chile. See the video below! (Please note that the ribs shown in the video are slightly larger in size)

Spicy Sausages:
We hand make these sausages and are sure you will love them. Our most popular version - Spicy! Without Sugar! We use cayenne pepper to give these sausages their kick, they're not painfully hot, but spicy enough to kick in the endorphins.

ソーセージとBBQソースは好みが分かれるところです。
全体的に良いお肉でした。
サーロインは食べ切れず、翌日に火を入れ直しても柔らかくジューシーでした。

巨大な肉の塊が詰まった箱が届いた時の衝撃も凄かったですが、食べてもとても美味しく、大満足です。実家の両親へのお土産として手配したのですが、大人3名で食べきれず、何度かに分けて美味しくいただきました。いまだにあの時は凄かったねと話しています。冷凍庫、冷蔵庫は十分なスペースをあけて発注されることをおすすめします。

充実のセット内容でした！
大人3人、他のソーセージなども合わせ、二日間でたっぷりいただきました。
塊肉は、ハーブとニンニク、岩塩、オリーブオイルでマリネした後、桜チップで軽くスモークしてローストビーフに。
スペアリブはBBQソースに漬け込んで翌日焼きましたが、長時間漬け込でも味が塩辛くならず美味しかったです。
甘めですから子どもでも大丈夫な味ですね。
スパイシーソーセージは想像以上に大きくて食感がよく、こちらも美味。
