・Striploin Steak 270g
Should I be calling this a Sidney Strip? The same cut as the Kansas City strip but from down under. Not as tender as the US steaks but plenty of flavor.
・Ribeye Steak 270g
One of the tastiest steaks and considered the king of many steakhouses as it has the most rich, bold flavor. Ribeye steaks are cut from the same part used for rib roasts, which makes them an especially delicious roast cut.
・Rump Steak 250g
The is cut from the "Top Sirloin" or "Rump". Very flavorful although less tender than the other steak cuts. This is a great value. These are hand-cut so there is some variation in shape. (250g / package)
・Filet Steak 180g
The premier steak cut, also called the "Chateaubriand", but we don't call it that because that's too hard to spell. All you need to know is that the filet is the most tender steak you can get and this one is cut super thick so it stands up and says “Hellooooo” on your plate.
All you need is a sprinkle of salt and pepper on both sides of the steak. Rub it in with your fingers and let the meat rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
