DESCRIPTION
We finally have fresh salmon on hand!
Raised in Lake Etive, a special environment where the cold water of the North Atlantic and the clear water of nature mix.
This fatty salmon has a rich flavor that'll keep you coming back for more! Once you get a taste of this, you might not want to go back to the salty cured "salmon" you can find at your local supermarket.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
・Thaw and serve as sashimi.
・Use for garlic butter baked salmon, etc.
*Consume immediately after thawing. It can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days after thawing if unopened.

② Omega-3 is 1.5 times higher than Atlantic salmon
③ High-quality fat
④ Vivid flesh color unique to trout
THAWING
The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat.

Fabulous sashimi quality SalmonDel2024/08/15First time having Royal Scottish Salmon Trout as far as I know, at least the first time ordering here.
Wanted it to slice up for sashimi and boy was it good. Quite different from the Salmon you get in the supermarket, and much better in my opinion.
The majority of Norwegian salmon is farmed, so I don’t see why it would be an issue with this salmon.
I loved the flavor and texture, will buy again…!! -
Tasty SalmonTom2023/08/16Bought this salmon two or three times now and it's been great.
Also just to mention that in another review I saw some confusion over the fact that it's farmed, in the "in depth" section it mentions "aquaculture" which is another way of saying that it's been farmed. -
farm raised salmonKarlrb2023/05/11According to the label on the fish package I received, it is 'farmed'. That was not disclosed on your web site. If it could be a language translation problem, I'd like to know (English/Japanese)
