Description
We hand make these sausages ourselves and are sure you will love them. Our most popular version - Spicy!
We use cayenne pepper to give these sausages their kick. They're not painfully hot, but spicy enough to kick in the endorphins. You'll notice below we've gotten a comment from someone saying these are the “best sausages” they've ever eaten? We hear that a lot about these sausages.
This friend of mine, Jamie, a fat guy from Canada, he loves them, he also says they're the best sausages he's ever had. And he's fat so he knows a thing or two about good eatin'!
Serving Suggestion
We recommend cooking these in a frying pan or grilling the way it is (no added seasonings)! In doing so, you'll be able to enjoy the original natural taste of the sausages. Cook until the casing stretches out over the meat, and the inside is thoroughly cooked. It might take longer than a normal supermarket sausage, but it's well worth the wait!
In Depth
Because size does make a difference! Our sausages are handmade and our biggest sausages weigh 150g each. The commonly available "sausage" in almost all Japanese supermarkets are nothing more than a small-bite snack. Our sausage packs contain 5 sausages (400g), some 7 (385g) or 8 (240g) sausages depending on the type. This sausage contains 5 sausages with a total weight of 400g
Fresher than our sausages is impossible unless you start stuffing living cows and pigs into casings. Our sausages are processed from the beginning. We take fresh (never frozen) meat, grind it, add natural fresh spices and stuff it into either pork or lamb casings, vacuum pack them and freeze them immediately. Our sausages are not pre-heated or pre-cooked; hence, you need to cook the sausages before eating - but that is very easy and absolutely worth it. Once you go fresh raw meat sausages you will never go back.
All the spices we add are 100% natural spices only and most spices are even ground at our processing plant just shortly before we produce our sausages which adds extra freshness. Please make sure to cook these immediately after thawing. The only way to preserve our sausages up to a whole year is by keeping them frozen.

Sausages are getting smallerJmac2024/05/29I've been using the Meat Guy almost from when they opened in the late '90s. I stopped getting the steaks and mostly just the sausages which I find very tasty. When I received my latest sausage order, the first in over a year, I was disappointed to find the size had shrunk to about 2/3 what they used to be. I'd rather pay a bit higher price rather than accept 'shrinkflation'.

Fry the sausages and slice, add garlic and maybe cannellini beans, tomatoes (canned is fine) and some paprika, and you have a warming winter stew with a nice kick. -

ソーセージならではの味付けとプリプリした食感の奥に、しっかりとした肉感を体感できるまさに「手作り」しか味わえないもので大満足間違いなしです。
味付けはお昼にもお酒のシーンでも活躍できそうなスパイス加減で、他の野菜や調味料ともベストマッチでした。
個人的にはお酒のお供にザワークラウトと一緒に食べるのが至高です！

Amazing Juicy BombsMike2017/09/16These sausages are amazing. Grilled these on a small Japanese grill and they are bursting with flavor. Literally. There is so much juice that is best to just let them rest for a little after grilling to a golden brown. This will let the juice settle a little and ensure all that flavor is not lost on the plate. Spicy but not overwhelming perfect with any red wine.
