What Size of oven does Turkey fit?Each Turkey product is different in size. For Details, check each product page.Each bird has different size of bodies, make sure you have bigger-sized oven for that.

When is Turkey Meat gonna be back in Stock?Turkey is a Must-Have Food for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but we start selling it around October every year. It all depends on the producers and shipping situation, The number and date we will have may vary. We recommend ordering as early as possible.

Can I Pre-Order Turkey?We cannot take any Pre-Order since the quantity will not be settled until having them in stock. Thank you for understanding.

How should I Cook Smoked Turkey Leg?It is a Pre-Cooked Product. You can heat it in oven to make the outside crispy.

What should I do with the band on Turkey Leg?It is a plastic band. Please take it off. Sometimes the plastic band is attached on body, please take it off after thawing. If you need to tie it, please use a cooking twine.

Great flavor and texture!
I was intimidated by my Japanese oven (these would definitely fit, but my oven's temperature control is weird), so I looked up a recipe online and boiled them in a stockpot full of butter-water. It sounds a bit strange, but it came out SO good! I later used the bones to make a tiny batch of bone broth. I would definitely do the same thing again!
