What is KINSOU-DORI?They are Domestic Brand Chicken that are Cage-Freed and allowed to exercise enough which makes them have Low-Fat. They eat Antibiotics-Free food with wood vinegar in it. Since their feed has wood vinegar, they don't have any gamey-taste and has High-Protein.

Do you have Roast Chicken that is already Cooked?Yes we do! KINSOU-DORI PRE-COOKED WHOLE ROAST CHICKEN 1KG (4-5 PEOPLE) is already COOKED. Other whole chicken products are NOT COOKED.

Delicious though small
The chicken was delicious. I poached it the Chinese way and the meat was very tender. However, it definitely is small and can be easily finished in one meal.

Great chicken and spices
Popped this in my electric oven after giving it a generous cover with the spices and some olive oil, let it rest for an hour and then started cooking.
It comes frozen, so it's best you let it thaw for a day or more before cooking.
It is also worth mentioning this chicken is halal. (Or at least the chicken I got was halal, unsure if multiple brands are used)
If your oven is small, I recommend tying it with some cooking rope, otherwise it might rub against your oven's broiling element and it'll start to smoke.
My chicken sadly had a cut in its thigh and I had to tie it up, but it did not hurt the cooking process or the cooking in general, it came out great!

Many uses
We love to substitute beef mince for chicken mince in a lot of dishes and have used this for things like nachos, lasagna, stuffed pitas etc. Really handy to have in the freezer. Oh and they are packaged really flat so take up no room. Love it!
