鴨の美味しさに目覚めた。
ソテーもやったんですが。それよりも八角や醤油を入れた甘めの中華風の煮込み肉にして、こんな外食っぽい美味しいものが家で出来るのかと感動しました。気の利いたパンに野菜と挟んで雑誌に載るようなサンドイッチを作って、コーヒーを飲んで、たまらない美味しさでした。鶏でもやってみて、それももちろん悪いわけでは無いですが、普段は使わない鴨肉独特の良さがわかりました。
