・The chicken was named with a "beautiful and refreshing" image in mind. So they called it 錦爽 (kinsou) . 錦(kin) – fine clothes, 爽(sou) - refreshing

・Processing is done at a designated factory.
・The chicken is carefully taken apart by hand and processed by trained craftsmen.
・Wood vinegar is added to the special feed.
・Poultry inspection is completed in accordance with the poultry inspection system.
◆What makes Kinso-dori so special?◆
・Reliable and safe product from Aichi Prefecture. The brand has established proper traceability (farm identification system), and the chicken is "fresh, safe and delicious".
・The chicken is given a sufficient amount of exercise from free-range feeding, so their fat content is low.

Just put on your favorite rub and or maybe some lemon zest and juice and thyme and roast for 1 hour at about 180 deg C. I usually toss them in BBQ and wing sauce when they come out and they are so good!! So glad they are also raised locally. Recommended!!

Yum!Anne2020/04/29I used a technique for baking wings with a rub including baking powder to get crispy skin. After the wings were done, I tossed them in The Meat Guy's Original Buffalo Wing Sauce. They were a hit with my family. Even my husband who normally isn't a fan of wings raved about how good they were. The wings were meaty, juicy, & tender.
