Description
This ground beef just might make the best hamburger you have ever tasted. Made from the off cuts when we cut our rump steak, strip loin steak and ribeye steak, we mix them with the whole outside round.
This is a fine grind which makes it perfect for hamburger, burrito or any kind of recipe that calls for ground beef.
Serving Suggestion

Because the red meat to fat ratio is 80/20, the beef doesn't get hard and it doesn't shrink when the fat melts. What is available in the local markets has a much higher fat content, so in fact you lose a lot of volume from the melting fat and the meat that is left gets very hard. Per gram this may be a little higher than what you pay in the local market, but is so much higher in quality and end result! I recommend that you switch to the Meat Guy ground beef for all your recipes, you will be very satisfied.

100% Ground Beef--FINALLY!Professor2023/03/15It has been very difficult to find 100% ground beef in my area of Japan. Most of the ground meat is a mix of beef and pork. This is fine for things like spaghetti sauce or other recipe that doesn't rely on the beef flavor. But for making your own burgers, there is nothing like 100% pure ground beef. Highly recommend for all of your ground beef recipes. I use it for my Tex-Mex dishes, pasta recipes, and of course my own cheeseburgers.

Great in itself!aemit2023/02/26We just like to shape a third or quarter of a 500g pack into a flat patty, sprinkle some salt & pepper or the Meat Guy steak spice and cook it in a frypan on some beef fat. We mostly just eat it like that, it is wonderful. Same with the ground lamb. That's how good it is!
