The Meat Guy's ready-to-cook French-style Pork Orloff roast. Bacon and cheese stuffed pork loin.
We use our own Austrian smoked bacon and white cheddar cheese and our own spices. Everything is hand-made at our processing plant in Nagoya, Japan.
Sunday roast, anyone? This one's good for about 5～6 people.

By far our most popular item and best seller of all time. Curly fries, these are so much better than normal fries. Kinky not crooked. According to some guy on Facebook, people who consume curly fries are more intelligent than those who consume straight fries. So basically, eating these fries will make you smarter. I'm sure that's true.

SERVING SUGGESTION

This product has not been pre-cooked, so please make sure to cook it through to the middle.
The roast will arrive frozen and pre-seasoned, so all you need to do is defrost it for at least 1 day and then roast in an oven for approx. 50 min. at 180 degrees Celcius.
Once done, loosely cover the roast with aluminum foil and let it rest for about 10 min for juicier and tender meat.
This is very easy and recommended for any home party or dinner with friends.

【Preparing in the deep fryer】
Fry the deep-frozen product for approx. 3-4 minutes with the oil at 170-175 degrees C. Leave them a little bit longer if you want them crispier and browner.
※The cooking time will vary depending on the amount of oil and fries, so please adjust the frying time accordingly.
【Preparing in the oven】
Place the deep-frozen product in one layer on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and use the middle shelf of the oven. Do not add any fat! Bake at 200 degree C for at least 20 minutes until as brown and crunchy as you prefer.
