Our super juicy Hamburg Steak uses 100% grass-fed beef. Cut from the whole rump of beef (that's steak quality right there).
We only used potato starch for binder, and only seasoned with salt, pepper, and a few spices to really bring out that original meaty flavor.
Enjoy a total of 6 hamburger steaks: 2 packs of the plain type (each pack contains 2 pcs. for a total of 4 pieces,) and 1 pack of the cheese-in type (1 pack contains 2 pcs.)
Each burger steak is about 150g!!!

Grass-fed beef, as the name suggests, is beef that's been raised on a grass-only diet. Unlike most beef eaten in Japan (like Wagyu or grain-fed beef,) these cows are allowed to freely graze in an open pasture, giving them a nice, stress-free environment to live in. The meat from these cows is lean and nutritious... not to mention, delicious!
