Kangaroo is bouncing up the charts! It’s super healthy, tasty, sustainable and environmentally sound-–perfect for the crunchy carnivore. It’s also wild, which means no hormones, no antibiotics, no chemicals - it would be "organic" but, then the kangaroos would have to be caught and kept on an organically-certified meadow or some-such, and then they would cease to be wild, so that would kind of defeat the purpose.

Many believe that kangaroos are the perfect caretakers of the great Australian outback because they have these big padded feet that don’t trample the native grasses, unlike the hooves of introduced species such as cattle, sheep, and rugby players! We really like this idea so we import these products directly, and process part of it into patties.

The kangaroo patties are entirely made from the kangaroo boneless leg. Nothing else is added except fresh spices.  

Serving Suggestion

The kangaroo burgers are best served with wedge potatoes and without any cheese to preserve the wildness! One pack of kangaroo patties gives you 4 patties and makes up to 4 burgers.

One of the many uses of our patties is breakfast burritos, sausage rolls or sandwiches for example.

In Depth

Because size does make a difference! Our regular-sized patties weigh around 100g. Sometimes we do offer special patties which weigh 150g and are hand-made.

Fresher than our patties is impossible unless you start molding living cows into patties. We take fresh ingredients (never frozen) and mix them with fresh spices (not flavors!) and then mold them into patties. We freeze the packs right after processing.

    The taste great even without any seasoning. But, of course, they're even better with whatever burger toppings you like. I have also used this meat in chilli and pasta -- whatever seasoning is in the meat is not overwhelming, like, for example, is the case for sausages bought at the supermarket. It's a big plus that this is wild and sustainable meat.
