Loved IT!

My wife made a pot of beef bean vegetable soup the other day, which we will be enjoying for the next several days. She always follows the same recipe, namely mine as handed down to me from my Dad. This time, however, instead of the so-called stew meat she normally uses, she used 500 grams of the steak cubes. The steak cubes give the soup a really nice flavor, much better than the flavor we get with "stew" meat.
I plan to make some Texas red chili with the cubes soon. That'll be good!!

日本の牛ではないので、硬いイメージでしたが、とてもやわらかかったです。解凍と焼き加減を間違えなければとてもおいしく食べられるものだな、と、実感しました。
赤身が多くとても肉肉しい味が感じられるのも、好みにあって良かったです。

カレーやスープに利用したり、そのまま焼いて食べたり、お昼の焼き飯にいれたり色々な用途に使っていただきました。どれも美味しいです。柔らかくて良いですね。

I have never cooked beef cubes before but back home, I ate them from food places and the beef is usually very chewy and hard to eat. This beef is not like that! I was nervous that I would not have the proper pot to cook them but they were so tender and perfect! Definitely will order it when it’s back in stock!

赤身で柔らかい部分の切り落としなので食べやすいです。
