I had never tried cooking beef tendon before and I was skeptical this would even be edible when I first unwrapped the product and put it in the slow cooker... was pleasantly surprised for this to turn out amazingly tender and delicious after 8 hours. I used the entire package with 2 cups of broth, some sake, shoyu, and miso paste. Turned out absolutely amazing. Definitely a regular purchase for me from now on.
