Really good quality for soups and stews. I made Welsh cawl, letting with vegetables it stew on a low heat for an hour, and it became beautifully tender., falling off the bone.

スーパーだとかなりの価格なので購入できませんでしたが価格もお手軽ですしラム肉は、脂肪分が少なく、筋肉に良いと聞いたことが有るので食べたいラム肉の骨付きは、嬉しいです。

今日届いたので、早速中国新疆の羊料理を作りました。
掴飯と羊肉湯。
塩コショウのシンプルな味付けなのに濃厚な羊だしが出て良かったです。
