List Review

Not many places in Japan where you can get decent lamb.
We bbq'd it. No strong aftertaste or smell.
Just great, flavorful lamb!

I had the chance to try the Lamb T-Bone Steaks, and I must say, they were absolutely divine. Each steak was cut to perfection, offering a wonderful balance of tender meat and flavorful fat that just melted away during cooking, leaving behind a succulent, flavorful feast.

何時も変わらず柔らかくて美味しいラム肉です。

Tボーンと言っても子羊なので、若干小ぶりです。
男性1人あたりステーキ二枚に、毎度お気に入りのカイザーベーコンをたっぷり使ったジャーマンポテトを添えて丁度ぐらいでした。

ばらつきはあると思いますが、結構厚みがあったので両面強火の後弱火でじっと我慢。という焼き方できれいにミディアムに焼けました。

今回は、フライパンの肉汁にデミグラスソースを混ぜたソースで頂きましたが、とにかく美味しい。
毎度のことながらラムの癖の無さ、焼いても硬くならないのには感心します。お勧めです。
