Definitely recommend this for stews too!Made a slow cooked Turkish stew that my granny used to make with this and it turned out amazing. Cut it into cubes, seared the meat, added some onions and garlic along with a spoonful of red pepper paste, topped it all with a bit of water and let it slowly simmer for 2-3 hours. Traditionally, you serve it on top of a thick bechamel sauce mixed with roasted eggplants. The meat was incredibly tasty and soft. Used the leftovers of the stew as a red sauce for some lasagna. I actually came here to purchase it again and thought I’d leave a review while I’m at it.

脂身まあまあ脂身が多かったです。
とりあえず、脂身を外してBBQで食べましたがm残った脂身はどうしよう。Posted on
