非常に美味しい、臭みもなく綺麗なお肉とても綺麗なお肉で臭みもなく、またクセもなく非常に使いやすいです。
トマトと一緒に白ワインで煮込みましたが
、友人もペロリと平らげました。笑
ウサギということであまり慣れ親しみはありませんが、イベント事にはこちらのお肉はぜひオススメします！周りの人たちもテンション上がると思います。Posted on

古くからのお友達を呼んだお茶会で、うさぎのパイにして出しました。
「ピーターのお父さん」のパイです。
イギリスのレシピを探して、シードルで煮込んでホワイトソースでパイにしたてましたが、柔らかく美味しくしあがり、友人にもとても好評でした。
味は鶏肉っぽくてくさみもなく、食べやすかったです。

If you’re unfamiliar with rabbit meat take the plunge and give it a try, you won’t regret it!I roasted them in the oven with some apples and veggies, topped with a bit of apple cider. Tender, juicy and delicious. Definitely made my Japanese friends who were a bit iffy about eating rabbit do a 180.

ExcellentThe legs were larger than expected and loaded with meat. We used a rosemary/garlic/lemon marinade for 1 hour and grilled on the BBQ for about 30m to cook all the way through. The flavor was great, and we used the bones to make a nice rabbit stock that we used for soup another day. Would definitely buy again.

Very goodThese rabbit legs and thighs are great. Good size and a good flavor. I hunted and raised rabbits for meat back in the day and I can say these are good.
