The best bacon available in JapanThis is how bacon should be; able to be fried crisp or not and full of the flavour expected of a premium bacon. Having lived here for decades and looked for bacon worth the name, now I’ve found it. The only thing is the price of a few rashers… I’ll never give up hope and will continue searching, but the likelihood of reaching this level is probably zero!

カリカリベーコン薄めなので焼くと小さくなりカリカリになります！
少し焼いただけですぐにカリカリになるのでめちゃ便利。
カリカリベーコン好きには絶対にお勧め！

スモークベーコンスライスと比べて同じMeatGuyのスモークベーコン スライス と
比較するとスモークのフレーバーも軽い、
誰もが食べやすいベーコンだと思います。
スモークベーコンスライスと比較して、
厚さは半分ぐらいでしょうか。
薄い分、写真だとわかりにくいですが
パッケージの中は2段になっていて。枚数が多いです。
薄い分、焼くとちりちりになりますが、ちゃんとカリカリになりました。
値段も重量も近い2種類のスライスベーコンですが、
スモークの利いた、噛み応えのあるのと、
ライトでフレーバーになじみのない人でも食べやすいのと、
どっちらもしっかりした本物のベーコンなので
両方試してみるのも良いと思います。
次は、ブロックを厚切りにして、スキレット使って、
ハウルの”あれ”を作ってみるつもりですが、
どっちのベーコンを使おうか、悩んでいるところです。Posted on
