So GoodThis bacon is the real deal. Far superior to the poor excuse you find in Japanese supermarkets. The only issue I had was carving thin enough slices off the block. But that's on me, I need a better knife. Do yourself a favour and order one.

I keep coming...back...for moreI order a couple of blocks of this delicious bacon several times a year, and the quality is always excellent. It's great in sandwiches--with a dab or Dijon mustard on toasted English muffins or Kaiser rolls, for example--or sliced on the thick side and served for breakfast with hash browns and maybe sauteed mushrooms. I haven't found anything remotely comparable in supermarkets or other meat shops here.

Perfect!Love this! Not only is it completely delicious, but look at the ingredients - no sugar or no added nitrates. Whilst I'm not a fan of cornmeal, it is easy enough to wash it off. Will be ordering this again. Thank you.

-Straight from the gods! Or rather one God -- the Meat Guy! Cut a nice thick slab, fry or BBQ it, and eat as is or with mustard, in a sandwich... you name it. I order several of these a year and think of good old Canada and the fact that this brings home to me.
