Very tasty and tenderI bought three packages of these off-cuts on sale for a very reasonable price. We cooked 250 grams of these the other day in a skillet, with a simple salt and pepper rub. Absolutely delicious! Will buy again.

使い方に迷ったが美味しかった家で簡単に調味料と炒めて生クリーム多めでさっと煮込んで食べるタイプのハヤシライスにしようと購入した。まあまあボリュームのある肉で、普通の薄切り肉と同じようなタイムテーブルで作ればいいのか迷った。まあ、適当にやってみてだめならその時に調整するかと作ったが、ソースと馴染んだ食感で美味しく出来た。

Amazing!Easy to cook because it's pre-cut.
The meat is soft but doesn't have big chunks of fat attached to it which was amazing and made it so much easier to work with (I prefer lean meat).
