食べ応えがあります和牛の霜降りとは別の赤身の美味しさがあると思います。ただし、弱火でじっくり焼かないと硬くなります。レアがオススメです。

グラスフェッドサーロインステーキ！！オーダーするとすぐに商品が届きましたので、こちらもすぐに調理して食しました。270gは一人前にして中々食べ応えがあり十分満足なボリュームでした。肉が厚かったので、少し焼き過ぎたかな、次回はもっとレアで食したいと思いました。美味しかったです！！
