    Excellent flavor and tender. It was very easy to cut and cook this meat. The flavor was amazing and all my friends believed I was a master chef. I definitely recommend. For steaks, the 2kg piece is better than the 1kg. Easier to cut.

    Awesome big slab of beef. Comes with a nice chunk of fat on it too which I use to make Tallow with instead of just throwing away. Tastes delicious, you can get like 6-8 steaks out of this bad boy (maybe more if you eat smaller cuts). And pretty decent price for grass fed!
